Providing quality care to our communities has always been her priority. Kristen is very passionate about Bullhead’s rural community and the healthcare services provided. She works closely with The Legay Rehab & Care Center leadership team to provide quality care and services to those seeking skilled or long term care services in the Bullhead City area. Kristen enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.
Haley has always wanted to be in healthcare. She went on to earn her CNA certificate when she was 18 and worked at a skilled nursing facility in California and then moved to Bullhead City where she got her RN from MCC. She then worked at the local hospital moving her way up to become the night house supervisor. She then received her B
Haley has always wanted to be in healthcare. She went on to earn her CNA certificate when she was 18 and worked at a skilled nursing facility in California and then moved to Bullhead City where she got her RN from MCC. She then worked at the local hospital moving her way up to become the night house supervisor. She then received her BSN from Grand Canyon University. Haley joined our team as the Director of Nursing in 2022. She has spent her years working bedside with patients and working as a team. Her patients and residents are her biggest priority and in 2025 she became our Assistant Administrator. She has been blessed with the gift of nursing and caring for so many and strives for excellence each day.

Outside of work, Mindy loves family life with her husband children and dogs. She and her husband, high school sweethearts, enjoy camping in Glamis, boating, and bowling together as a family.

She is also continuing her education at MCC to obtain her RN. Rowena loves the people she works with as well as our residents and families. She strives to make sure the residents receive the best possible care. Nicole is currently attending nursing school to become an RN and expand her career. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her two sons and her husband. They enjoy being outdoors in any way; whether it be camping, dirt racing, off-roading or hunting.
Steve originally moved to Bullhead City from California after his grandmother suffered a stroke. Working in MDS/Infection Prevention allows him to utilize critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills to affect a greater number of people. Steve is a lifelong learner who enjoys learning new things, so in his off time he enjoys learning as well as at work. Steve also enjoys the outdoors to unwind.

She started off at The Legacy as an activity assistant and within 10 months she became the Activity Director. In May she is starting online schooling to get her Activity Director Certification. Don has over 30 years of experience not only in facility maintenance but also aircraft maintenance, he spent years in the military and was a police officer. His disciplined background and decades of experience help him to create a safe and well functioning facility for all our residents. Don has 6 kids and 5 grandchildren. He loves spending time with his wife and enjoys drawing and coloring portraits in his free time.
